The PRINT DLA67808DS58 is a fine eight shed double layer forming fabric engineered with additional cross direction support yarns on the paper side. This strategic design significantly enhances fiber support and retention, ensuring minimal fines loss during the forming process. The weave pattern promotes very good formation with uniform sheet structure across the paper width. High air permeability enables excellent drainage capacity, allowing for faster machine speeds and improved productivity. The wear side features a double MD yarn lock configuration that delivers a stable structure and good wear potential. This fabric is ideally suited for high-speed printing paper applications.
