This unique combination achieves both high fiber support and very high drainage capacity within a single fabric design. The wear side's long CD crimp effectively protects MD warp yarns from abrasion. The robust construction withstands high MD loads and resists CD ridging, making this fabric particularly suitable for printing and writing paper as well as newsprint production.
