Product Description

SSB Triple Layer Cloth with Excellent Sheet Release and Good Printability Offering Very High Sheet Support for Coated Paper Grades

Engineered with a very fine plain weave top surface, the PRINT SSB60205YF72-360CFM SSB triple layer fabric utilizes a two over five shed shute binding pattern with a 2 to 1 CD yarn ratio. The two-shed paper side features paired CD binding yarns that enhance fiber support and minimize wire marking for superior sheet smoothness. Very high sheet support promotes excellent formation and increased retention. The fabric offers excellent sheet release characteristics that reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Good printability results from the improved formation quality. Medium diameter yarns ensure good wear potential with high MD and CD stiffness for dimensional stability.
