The PRINT SSB60205YM61-400CFM is an advanced SSB triple layer forming fabric engineered with a two over five shed shute binding weave and a 2 to 1 cross direction yarn ratio. The two-shed paper side features paired CD binding yarns that provide extra fiber support while securely interlacing the two independent layers. The very fine plain weave top surface delivers maximized fiber support and very high sheet support, promoting excellent smoothness and improved formation with minimal wire mark. High stiffness in both MD and CD directions ensures dimensional stability under dynamic loads and speeds. Medium diameter yarns contribute to good wear potential. This fabric is ideally suited for printing and writing paper applications.
