Engineered for optimal performance, the KRAFT SSB50210WM52-400CFM features a two‑shed over ten‑shed shute binding design in a triple layer configuration. Its fine forming side delivers even surface profiles and consistent fiber support, while the wear side incorporates long floats with a 3:2 CD shute ratio between forming and wear layers. This ratio enables the integration of medium and coarse CD yarns on the wear side, enhancing wear resistance and machine direction stability. The fabric’s dual MD thread system ensures high cross‑directional rigidity. Additionally, the open structure facilitates rapid water removal and simplifies cleaning, extending service life in high‑speed paper making applications.
