SSB Triple Layer KRAFT SSB45208WC45NG-460CFM Forming Fabric for High Speed Paper Making – 3:2 CD Ratio, Excellent Drainage & Wear Potential with Low Marking Level

The KRAFT SSB45208WC45NG SSB triple layer fabric uses a plain weave paper side over an eight‑shed wear side. The fine paper side offers a high number of support points and a high FSI, which guarantees very low marking levels, a clean run, and excellent mechanical retention. Its wear side incorporates a long float and a 3:2 CD yarn ratio (paper side to wear side), allowing medium and coarse CD yarns to achieve excellent wear potential and dimensional stability. The fabric’s high internal void volume together with its surface properties enables excellent dewatering capacity. This design also provides high structural stability and good life potential, making it ideal for paper machines requiring superior sheet support and drainage.
