The KRAFT SSB50210WC48 is a triple layer forming cloth that combines a two‑shed paper side with a ten‑shed wear side for superior sheet support and drainage. The fine mesh on the paper side promotes uniform formation, while the wear side features long floats and a 3:2 CD shute ratio (forming side to wear side). This arrangement permits the use of medium and coarse CD yarns on the wear side, boosting durability and stability. Two MD thread systems provide excellent cross‑directional stability, reducing fabric distortion. The open weave structure not only enables high dewatering rates but also allows easy showering, making this fabric a reliable choice for paper machines requiring extended running time.
