SSB Triple Layer High Dewatering Paper Making Fabric KRAFT SSB50210WC45-460CFM – Open Structure SSB Triple Layer with Medium CD Yarns for Improved Wear Life

Designed as a standard SSB triple layer fabric, KRAFT SSB50210WC45 utilizes a two‑shed paper side and a ten‑shed wear side. The fine paper side ensures even profiles and good fiber support for consistent sheet formation. On the wear side, long floats paired with a 3:2 CD shute ratio (forming to wear) accommodate medium and coarse CD yarns, thereby improving wear life and machine direction stability. Two MD thread systems enhance overall fabric rigidity. The open structure offers high dewatering capacity and easy showering, reducing downtime for cleaning. This fabric delivers an excellent balance of sheet support, drainage, and wear potential for modern paper making operations.
