SSB Triple Layer KRAFT SSB44210WC48-445CFM Coarse Plain Weave Forming Fabric – 8 Shed Wear Side, High FSI & Low Marking for Paper Making

SSB44210WC48 is an SSB triple layer forming fabric featuring a coarse plain weave paper side combined with an eight‑shed wear side. The fine paper side delivers a high number of support points and a high FSI (Fiber Support Index), resulting in extremely low marking levels, clean running, and excellent mechanical retention. The open, coarse wear side, paired with a 3:2 paper side to wear side CD yarn ratio, accommodates medium and coarse CD yarns for outstanding wear potential. This structure offers high dimensional stability and good life potential. The fabric’s high internal void volume and surface properties enable excellent dewatering capacity, making it suitable for demanding paper machine positions requiring both sheet support and drainage.
